Dear players, we’d like to draw your attention to a few important aspects of game mechanics.

If you’re employing the strategy of destroying certain elements of your base (e.g., parts of walls or doors) to enhance its security when you log off or leave your base, please be aware: there’s a possibility that textures you’ve destroyed might still be visible to other players. This mechanic is similar to how felled trees work. We have already reported this bug to the developers, as we aim for the game to be as accurate and fair as possible.

We also want to remind you that we have reported the issue with mines resurfacing after being buried multiple times to the developers. We understand how frustrating this can be and how it can affect gameplay tactics, so we continue to work towards getting these issues resolved as quickly as possible.

Window Interaction Features After Release
In addition to the above, we want to remind you that since the release of SCUM, it’s been possible to transfer items through windows. This means if you’re playing in PvE and your base has nice, open windows, there’s a risk that other players might steal your valuables by simply reaching through the window opening. Even if you’re not participating in PvP, this mechanic can be exploited by griefers, so stay vigilant and place your valuable items away from windows, or use additional security measures like shutters or bars.

We aim to maintain sportsmanship and fair play on the Echelon UA server, so we encourage you to consider these peculiarities when planning your defensive strategies and overall gameplay. Our supportive administration is always ready to listen to your suggestions and work on improving the gameplay experience!
