Hey everyone!
I hope you’re all doing well, your loot is in place, and your spirits are high. Today I’d like to talk about what’s been happening on our server since the game’s release and what we plan to do next.
In short – we’re still holding our own as a top Ukrainian server, and we’re not falling behind in the world rankings either. This is really cool, and it’s entirely thanks to you. We’re very proud to have built such a great community.
What has been done recently?
Since the game’s release, there’s been a lot: bugs, hotfixes, but now everything seems to be working stably. At the start, we deliberately didn’t change the settings so that everyone, including us, could see the game as the developers intended it. But your feedback and our vision suggested that it was time to move on and make the game on our server even more interesting.
So, point by point:
- The new PvE zone in B4 was a huge success. We really like how life is developing there: players communicate, trade, and run raids. And the cafe with free food is just awesome.
- We tweaked the loot. In the big city, we didn’t touch anything except increasing its quantity threefold. They say there are fewer screwdrivers, but that’s because the developers removed some of the crates. But we significantly improved the loot in airdrops and from zombies; now it’s of higher quality and can be repaired.
- We changed the quest for C4. We believe that 500 coins for such powerful explosives is too cheap and breaks the balance. Now everything is fair.
- Fighting cheaters. With the new anti-cheat, we have blocked access from the countries with the most complaints. This has paid off, and there are significantly fewer dishonest players. Of course, individual characters sometimes slip through, but together with you, we quickly catch them. Important: we don’t just ban them on the server. We send evidence to the game developers, and the cheater gets a global ban. So, not many people want to come back to us.
P.S. We have also blocked VPNs. But if you or your friends play through cloud services like GeForce NOW or are forced to use a VPN, write to us, and we’ll add you to the whitelist.
What’s next?
“Vanilla” is good, but it’s time to move on. We plan to customize the server more for our community, based on your feedback. Our goal is to find a balance that is interesting for both beginners and experienced players.
Our plans are as follows:
- We’re bringing back Sunday events! As before, we’ll organize various activities. Look out for the announcement.
- New quests and better loot. We’ve already worked on the items at NPCs, and this is just the beginning. We plan to add many interesting custom quests. Have any ideas? Write to us, and we’ll implement the best ones.
- Skill leveling. The rate is currently x3, but we want to add the ability to level up by completing tasks.
- Bunkers. The developers left 4 large bunkers in the game instead of 17. We’ve activated all of them to provide more places to explore.
- We’re getting ready for a wipe. We already have a whole list of cool changes that we will introduce with the next wipe. These are serious things that it would be unfair to introduce now.
New features in Discord
Our bot has become smarter:
- It now duplicates trade announcements from the game to Discord and allows you to write to the in-game chat.
- Automatically awards prizes for voting on top-games.
- Answers questions about the game with the /ask command (it’s still learning).
- Shows the online status of the server.
Now about finances and your support
As you know, maintaining a server costs money. We pay for the rental of powerful hardware, hosting for the website, a server for bots, and advertising. We do this with pleasure because we want the Ukrainian community to have a quality server where everyone is equal and admins don’t interfere with the game.
We are very grateful to everyone who helps us financially. We want to thank you, but without violating the main rule – no “Pay-to-Win”. So we’ve slightly updated the bonus system.
As before, for a one-time donation, you permanently get the “Patron” role. Your name goes on the wall of fame, and all players on the server receive coins.
But now there is a new role – “VIP“. It’s for those who subscribe to regular support through our Ko-fi. This is a huge help, and for it, we want to give special bonuses:
- A special “VIP” role in Discord.
- Access to a private VIP-channel with discussions and insights.
- The ability to write to the in-game chat directly from Discord.
- Priority support in tickets.
- A small monthly VIP-kit (nothing that gives an advantage, just a nice bonus).
- An event or bonus for all players in your honor.
- A special place on the wall of fame.
